Her specific areas of expertise include business valuation, litigation support, corporate and individual tax accounting and planning, and financial planning. Lynne is a skilled expert witness testifying in local courts and the United States Tax Court.

Lynne holds a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction in Accounting, received her CPA certificate in 1981 and earned an Accreditation in Business Valuation (ABV) in 1998. She is a member of the California Society of CPAs, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a charter member of the Litigation Consulting and Dispute Resolution Services, Common Interest Member Section (CIMS) of the California Society of CPAs.
